I haven't tried their new AS program, but along with MS not agreeing to a EULA, is there not an option to choose which of found spyware/adware files you wish to remove? If so, then it truly is not their problem if the customer chooses to remove the files. The only issue that remains is if they are taken to task by the *ware vendors for identifying the *ware programs as such.
