| I called Broadvox and had my problems resolved. However, the portal settings for the email address to which the voice mail and fax messages are sent don't work with the new mail system. Also, the voice mail password setting in the portal has no effect on the new voice mail. So, to have the email address changed, one has to call Broadvox and ask them to change it in their system. The password can be set via the phone once one connects to his/her new voice mail box. The default password is 11111. The default mail box number is one's 10-digit phone number. |
