Companies are well know for not telling their help desk employees anything at all. Usually a CSR will here about a problem from a caller first and then after a lot of poking around might find a reference to it. |

| reply to ropeguru You realize Verizon outsourced their DSL CS to two or three different companies in different parts of the world. They had me go through 3 weeks of training. The first day out on floor had me feeling so sorry for the way customers were given the run around I quit. |
