You realize Verizon outsourced their DSL CS to two or three different companies in different parts of the world. They had me go through 3 weeks of training. The first day out on floor had me feeling so sorry for the way customers were given the run around I quit. |

LOL, have you ever worked for a company that size? You don't make a real difference unless you are at the top (although they will tell you make a difference - usually equates to low pay). |
