[Help] Copyrighted Ghost image

I made a Ghost image and saved it saved to a cd.It was made about a year ago now I cannot copy the cd.nero says its copyrighted and roxio says the drive is in use by accd codec.Anyone have any ideas what is wrong

If you made a cd with Ghost then that's the only program that would be able to access. Do you not have Ghost anymore?
