Wierd...I just set up two xboxs today and it works perfectly fine on HALO 2. It is lag free on both xboxs even if we are both playing separate 16 player games. It is awesome. And i didnt have to download any firmware.

 I had that router and the firmeare update did have something to do with making it Xbox Live compatable.

Go to xbox.com and look at the Xbox Live compatable routers the NRo41 is not listed as compatable.
The Linksys BEFSR41 is listed at that sit, wonder about the BEFSX41; anywayz go to thier site and check it out.
