Instructions To Fix Wireless Frequent Disconnects


Insert you Linksys cd-rom and double click on "Utility"

Double click on "setup.exe" to install "Wireless Network Monitor Version 4.0"

Follow the on-screen instructions to install the software. If you see "Windows Logo testing did not passed" message just click "
 

After the installation go to Start>Run ( Windows Key + R ) and type "services.msc".
 

You will see all the windows services on the right side. Find "Wireless Zero Configuration". Right click on it and click "proper

Click "Stop"

You will see windows is stoping Wireless Zero Configuration service.
 

After that choose "Disable" at the drop down menu next to "Startup type:"

Double click on "Wireless Network Monitor Version 4.0" the small icon is located next to the windows clock And go to "Site Surve

Now "Wireless Network Monitor Version 4.0" will do all the work with no disconnects.
If your wireless connection disconnect frequently pelease follow above instructions to fix it.
