| Thanks to all of you for your input. POd at VOL, I hooked up the handset and was able to use another line to place a test call. It worked. But yet...when I tried to send a test fax my AIO doesn't recognize the incoming call. I know the software is there because I've received faxes before installing the DSL. I'm stymied as to what the problem could be - and getting disgusted. |

| try removing dsl modem and just plugging your fax into the phone jk if this doesnt work check your fax setup the dsl and phone signal are 2 different signals riding along the same wire 1 doesnt affect the other as long as the phone signal is filtered by unplugging the dsl modem there is not a dsl signal on your line |
