Spyware S&D is no better.
Install Spyware S&D.
Click "Mode / Advanced Mode".
Click "Settings / Ignore Products".
You will find four products that are set to ignore by default.

My Spybot S&D was not set to ignore WhenU. Perhaps you have the old version.

Hmm... I just checked Spybot (version 1.3.1TX) and there's nothing checked under "Ignore Products". Perhaps you have an older version?
