I agree with the Anon4Now who said that DNS lookup issues have become very common in the 94596 zip code area - at least three prolonged periods this week. I had an extremely frustrating talk with a tech today - bottom line, if you think you are experiencing what might be a system-wide problem, call them, even if it's after hours, and even if your internet isn't completely out. Even though the website and phone system says not to call, they will act on system-wide problems, but only if 3 people call within a 15 min period. I queried other members of my computer club in this area - I am not the only one with the DNS lookup issues. |
