| Modem Sync's 10 days Early But Can't Connect
My original SRD was February 17. There was an issue, so Verizon pushed it back to February 28. I came home today and the modem is in sync but I cannot connect to the activation server through their software. Am I missing something here or I am just way to early? |

Virginia Beach, VA | Why dont you wait to complain till your service ready date is even here.
Though your in sync means nothing cause we are still doing much of the work that needs to be done to get you online and at the correct speed.

Sometimes ure ready date starts on when ure billing cycle start. So i believe when ure billing cyle starts u will get the full speeds till then u have to wait ... |
