Im not sure if this was posted on here before. I just came across it myself.

If you want to clear out your DVR- ,pretty much of everything, here is the method.
******************************************
Power off
Hit select within 1-2 seconds.

With your remote
Press "replay" one time ( the arrow bending back )
Press "MY DVR" three times ( button next to replay)
Press "LIVE" one time ( button next to MY DVR)

Your box will shut down and do all sorts of junk. Let it sit a minute then turn it back on.
******************************************
Your hardrive will be cleared.
Your recording schedule will be emptied.
Your DVR will basically start downloading all menu and guide info again.

Im not sure why you would want to do this. Its probably good to give your harddrive an Enema but not at the cost of your recording schedule.
All info is good info.
