| [LA] Slow download speeds. Walker, LA Ok for about 3-4 months the connection here has been slow. We are supposed to have the 5MB plan but at ANY given time we are getting a MAX of 1MB. We called cox support and they thought it was the modem, so it was replaced. Well even after being replaced we are still getting speeds like this:

| No Firewalls just a router. Same speeds when I plug directly into the cable modem. Downloading Java to run the tweak test but there should be no problem I get full speed at a friend's house. |

It still won't hurt to take a peek at a Tweak Test.
