It's been like that for as long as I can remember no matter who was 'in charge'. How else do you think the gov't gets so efficient at screwing over the taxpayers, stealing their money and wasting it? There is no entity more corrupt than gov't.

| Have to admit putting this guy in makes about as much sense as the President's last list of appointees to Homeland Security. I said before that the staff sounds was so mismatched for the job it sounded like the whole situation was ripe for a sitcom. Now it looks like we're into sweeps week for season 2. |
