Here you can get 3000/768 DSL for $44, and 3000/256 Cable for $50. Most people are going to choose the cheaper option.
And if you want, you can get a package that's less than $30 a month, if you don't need all the speed. Cable doesn't have this option.
The only downfall is, people have to be fairly close to the CO to get 3000/768. -- The new Secure-Wifi.net is open!
