The man is a COMPLETE LIAR

This rep is a BLATANT LIAR and caught in that lie.
If I try from a hosted machine I manage in Level3's London data center this is what happens

[sysop@bart]# telnet relay.verizon.net 25

If I do the SAME THING from an identically configured machine in Level3's NYC data center...

Its clear that my IP in London is being blocked at their firewall (yes I can connect happily to anyone elses SMTP server)
So what do you say to that Verizon??????
