You make a good point - I never thought of it like that. I was referring to businesses that rely on Verizon for their own email communications. Several of the articles mentioned quoted business users as having problems.
This problem isn't unique to Verizon though. I used to work for an ISP that dropped all Amazon.com email because they failed to respond to our spam complaints...
It is unfortunate that people are having this problem but, as always, there's no accountability with the larger corporations. Just look at all of the Verizon lobbying activity on muni broadband laws in states like PA.

| reply to sherman10570 You have it ass backwards. The problem is with CUSTOMERS who BUY stuff from us, using a VZ account. It means, thanks to VZ stupidity, if the confirmation email comes from a foreign server they don't get it. So they cancel the order. You may not see it this way, but it acts as an illegal block on trade, and who VZ customers can do business with.
