its just a promotion to get more people to sign up.. they dont want current customers to get the lower price.
just a question tho, what if you called in and started a new 12mo contract? would they re-rate you at the $29.99?

kudos:3 | They might call and see what they say. Typically SBC's methods have been at first it's only for new customers. Then after 1-2 weeks current customers can call and get the same deal. |
