Saw this earlier and I simply cannot believe that of all the issues facing this country, this is Stevens top priority. One he's willing to take to the highest court and waste everyone's time with....

| Though I agree with almost all of the comments in this thread, Karl, I think you went a bit over the top:

Freedom of speech/expression is probably the only constitutional right we have that cannot be so blatantly abused. Besides, the gay rights lobby is too powerful to let sponge-bob take the fall.
