Yea I agree, it makes me as nervous as a long tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs. But any HOA has the power to amend the covenants, and change the rules. I hate crappy HOA's! My current HOA is trying hard, but the 3 previous HOA yearly members didn't do crap. =\, sorry if I sound bitter about it. Well anyways, they can kick them out if they amend the HOA.
