hmmm... I can easily sort by sender by using their innovative label feature. Lack of customization?? I can specify a lot more customizations via their settings interface than I could ever do with hotmail.

Another gem in Google's bucket: Google Maps. It competes with Yahoo! Maps and other online offerings, but has a much cleaner look, and you can DRAG THE MAP to take a look around. Try it.
