VOIP needs to stop begging to be regulated

Its this kind of BS that is going to cause the American public to do what it does best when something doesn't work the way it should... whine to the government!

If VOIP providers don't get their act together, the government will end up regulating them to death.

Problem is many of the technicians have no clue about maintenance windows, testing or what telephony uptime is about. Its all just a box and data to them.
