You have to be a cynic I suppose to get the joke. Sorry. What I was trying to poke fun at is that consumers are like cows on the farm and will take whatever the government imposes on them. Much like a cow heading to the plunger.

The 'moo' portion of my post was to illustrate how I, as a consumer, feel.
