| VoIp Calling center
Hi, I was wondering what is the best way to implment a VoIP calling center. I would be interested in standalone device that connects to the internet line, and alows you to wire more than one regular phone to it like 4-5 (or even more), and a billing software.
Here is one net2phone similar solution »web.net2phone.com/solutions/cafes/ but since im new to this technology, i would like to hear some thoughts abut this. There maight be better VoIP provider out there that offers this kind of solutions and better calling rates.
thanks for any info. |

| reply to ponline Try going over to »lists.digium.com and sign up on the -biz list. Ask your question there. I am sure there are plenty of companies willing to help you that are using the Asterisk PBX system.
Sounds like it will do exactly what you want. -- FWD#: 223611 |

Asterisk is a complete PBX in software. It runs on Linux and provides all of the features you would expect from a PBX and more. Asterisk does voice over IP in three protocols, and can interoperate with almost all standards-based telephony equipment using relatively inexpensive hardware. |

| reply to ponline Do some googling...
I found this: »www.call-center-voip.com/
You are going to have to research these things and get some vendor contact info. Sales people can help you decide what you'll need. |
