I dunno about in Arlington, but if you go out to Seven Corners to the asian centre, there's a TON of places in there that do. Great food, too.

I went to Eden Center last Sunday and they have a lot of places that sold bubble tea. The food was good too.

Columbia, MD | OK, I know, not in the VA area, BUT....if you're in the Rockville area, Ten Ren's on 355 in Wintergreen Plaza is THE BEST. Secondary choice would be Green Tea Cafe at Rte 28 & Travilah Rd. Man, I'd eat my own face if I couldn't have bubble tea..... |
