Evidently all the problems people have with Motorola STB's hasn't stopped Comcast from continuing to send them a huge piece of their business.
What do either have to do with each other? Comcast can't just up and say, screw you Motorola I'm going with SA now because your boxes suck. They would have to do major over-haul to the head end since Moto and SA equipment(the only to conditional access providers) aren't compatible with each other(with the exception of the SA 8000s working in Moto headends). Comcast will continue to buy Moto gear no matter what.
