Excellent questions. As I mentioned there are still many questions to be answered. Fortunately, you're not alone in asking as similar questions are being asked within this thread with possible answers and speculation:

Of course, the FCC will ultimately have the final/official say but, fortunately, now they're definitely taking input from groups like WISPA.
