I have the same problem occasionally in southeast michigan. Here are the first three octets from ip addresses with no rdns that I've had in the last 3 months:

68.249.236.x
68.249.237.x
69.212.30.x
69.212.31.x
69.212.172.x
69.212.173.x

Can you fix them, too?
