You are coming off of a RT as I posted in my PM to you.

The offices here in Springfield are (Lake Springfield (off of Hazel Dell, 5th & Cook, S. 7th, S. 6th, Lawrence & Monroe), RT's anywhere else. The office on Wabash behind Steak & Shake, along with the one on Hazel Dell is only for Repair vehicles to park at.
