| reply to BroadReview Re: [BroadVoice] [BroadVoice] A report about it
I've been using broadvoice for about 6 months now, mostly good for the $. Main points: 1) Support is spotty at best, although I called on Friday and was almost scared out of my chair when a REAL person with a Massuchusetts accent answered the phone 2) They are SIP based, which means that it works nicely with my asterisk setup 3) They allow multiple simultaneous calls over the same account. 4) I wish I would have skipped the WiSiP (802.11b phone) and just got an ATA of some sort. 5) We also have ATT CallVantage, which has had minute for minute more downtime than BroadVoice. |
