Who Cares What You Call It?

The fact of the matter is that in my own experience it's mostly kids and teens who click through the EULA much like digging through the breakfast cereal box for the toy.
When the truth of that hits the regulators that these scumbags (are you listening 180Solutions?) are picking on kids, they no doubt will take steps to insure that minors are no longer exploited by these slight of the hand backdoor poopware installs.
