That first site of Charters I listed has been a hit and miss thing since it went live not to long ago. Charters web sites, local and national, have always been one of the worst maintained/managed I've ever seen.

Yep. I get this, XPath error in xpath.php:1743 In importFromString(): XML error in given string on line 1 column 54. Reason:syntax error, from this site »www.charter.net/index.php.
I can sign in through this page though, »charter.com/default.aspx
