Sadly I did a couple of times, but no longer. This sites policy of mandating the retention of Obsolete reviews is dumb and misleading. Newcomers are seeking Information that is fresh and reflects an ISPs current abilities, as they do go through management style cycles. An ISP that was good two years ago, may truly suck today, and visa versa. My 2¢ YMMV

My 2¢ YMMV But if a person looked thru the reviews then they could see wether the general direction of the ISP is trending up or down by being able to see the old reviews. I would feel a lot better about an ISP that was crappy then got a LOT better than by an ISP that only had reviews 6 months to a year old that said everything was dandy.
