What kind of support do you offer with install?

I am thinking about undertaking a few large installs. What kind of support do you offer with your service? I have seen a few places on the net that practically allow you to do tech support through them. I will be handling all the "noc" support on my end and I am just looking for a feasible tech support option for a one-man operation. Help me out guys. Thanks.

We do all support in house, my experience with outsourced help has been less than optimal.

Basically we try and resolve the issue via phone (usually about 10-20 minutes will fix it) and onsite as needed.

When I install I try and make sure at least 1 comp. can get on-line if I have the time I will help them get the rest up and running. I've had one last week that thier computers were so screwed up only one would access the internet, I showed them that everything worked and let them know that repairing thier computers was outside the realm of installing internet.
Business cutomers I will do more for but they do pay more. I now have a few home based businesses that have fired thier IT companies and use me, they we're paying $90 an hour and I only charge $50 an hour if your already an internet customer. A lot of this I'll trade for product if I can use what there business offers.
I'm also a one man band right now but that will be changing soon.
