AMD Athlon XP 2100+ (1733 MHz) Not Overclocked Load Temperature: 45-50° C Idle Temperature: 40-43° C Stock AMD Fan
Hottest I've ever seen the CPU get is about 55° C, when I was deep into a session of Unreal Tournament while also running Seti@Home. But the stock fan and a good Antec power supply (not to mention several fans inside the case) keep things running cool.
Cheers!

Chip's undervolted to 1.325v from 1.5 to conserve electricity and maintain lower temperatures. Athlon 64's are pretty tolerant of it

Masscool Falconrock w/80mm fan. Cost me a whopping $12.00 shipped and is quieter and much cooler than the stock sink. -- Gators don't sweat. |
