1. What Operating Systems do you have experience running?
DOS, Amiga,Sun UNIX, Win3.1, W9x, Win XP, SuSE LINUX.
Mostly just from an operational stand-point.
Under UNIX/LINUX I've done some command line scripts, perl scripts, and a little perl TK. And DOS batch files 
2. Are you experienced in building PCs? If so, please briefly describe your experiences.
Long ago, I did some installs of SCO UNIX on DELL Multiplex computers for work.
I've installed sound cards, video cards, ethernet cards, hard drive, LINUX OS, W98SE OS.
3. How many blades are you interested in hosting?
Any quantity that you are willing to offer. I can easily accommodate many in my air conditioned basement in a storage area beneath the stairs. I can adjust to any number of ethernet connections to the internet. My Internet is nominally 6000K down/ 500K up.
4. Do you have Homeowners insurance that covers, or can cover, your Foldy? Do you agree to carry insurance sufficient to replace your Foldy if damaged while in your custody?
I will need to inquire about insurance. The home is ensured through Farmer's Insurance.
5. Do you have the physical space to host a Foldy? It should be a dry, cool location.
Yes, and answered above.
6. Do you have internet access (behind a firewall) for the Foldy?
Yes.
7. Have you thought about electricity costs (for system and cooling)? You have to pay for the extra electricity cost.
Yes. I understand these are AMD 2400 cpus, so they can't be too bad.
8. Do you agree to work with the other Foldy Operators on team projects; i.e., common Stats? This is important!
I wish to be a team player. I'll have to learn what is involved in reporting stats. I expect that the info should be automated, and refreshed at some set interval.
