[Help] Help opening a file in Macromedia Freehand

JBdiscs.zip 3,649 bytes
(JBdiscs.fh8)
I try to open the attached file in freehand and it states its not a valid freehand file. Anyone know whats wrong with it or how I make it a valid file?
