I agree. I stuck with Sprint for a while because even though the local cable companies blocked ports and did all sorts of weird routing stuff to keep you just browsing and nothing else. In SBC/Ameritech land, we have lots of Comcast advertising ("you're not at 3 megs? get a life!") and while their limits are invisible, they are surely a bit higher than 7.5GB. 6.0Mb Fastpath sure is nice. Too bad we have 8 months of snow on the ground with alternating melt/freeze cycles!  |
