Phone Number: The fwd phone number
SIPPort: 5060
User Name: The fwd phone number (not your fwd account name)
Password: The fwd password
Call ID: optional
We suggested that you use fwd STUN server. Go to NAT Traversal tab where:
STUN Server: stun.fwdnet.net
