Is (are) there any customer(s) willing to speak up regarding MegaPath's service? |

| Before cable came to my area I used Megapath IDSL @ $100/mo. and was grateful for the service. Dial up is simply unacceptable for me. Now that cable internet is here I'm getting 4Mbps vs. 144 Kbps at a fraction of the cost.
If Megapath is all that is available in your area and don't mind the high cost than I highly recommend them. They were always rock solid for me. -- Arguing on the internet is like running in the Special Olympics. Even if you win, you're still retarded. |

no problem.
read my review!!!
I ordered dsl from these guys about 3 years ago. Everything was easy and they were stable. Early march I told them I was moving 2 blocks away from where i lived now and they told me all would be fine and DSL would be installed at the new address. So I move a month later on April 1st. I called in to see how the move was going. Well there was no order placed and no one seemed to know what I was talking about. So I said fine move it now. They said we have to cance the existing order then place a new one. So they cancelled my old DSL and this placed a hold on my phone number. I called back a few days later to see what was happening and still no order was placed on my line. Then they tell me that they cannot order DSL on my line because the old DSL line was still showing on my phone number. More days go by and more lies from the company are thrown my way. Finally the sales person Jim tells me I am too far away to get DSL and that's that. Well I called Sonic.net and Raw Bandwidth. Both of them say I am around 2000 feet away and I qualify for any package available. So if anyone here is considering megapath I would reconsider. They lie and they do not care about their customers. I asked SBC about moving DSL lines and they told me that they should have just done a move order on the DSL line. They did not need to cancel anything. All they had to do was ask SBC to move the DSL line with the phone line move. So now because of their ineptitude I am without connectivity, not to mention my wife's income is based on that connectivity. So the screw lives on.
THANKS MEGAPATH!!!!!! THANKS ALOT!!!!!!!!
Their service was stable with alot of uptime. Too bad they are liars. I guess my money isn't green or something. Not sure what their problem is with me. I almost feel like I was profiled. Pretty crazy after being a good customer and payinf alot of money on time each month for 3 years straight. |

| reply to Yaoshi Megapath dsl service was too slow, Megapath cost way too much Megapath has HORRIBLE and unresponsive customer service for home users. I am tired of being ignored when I ask questions. I have been with Megapath for several years but I will not continue and I cannot recommend them to anyone at this point due to almost total lack of concern on thier part. |

Pleasanton, CA, March 28, 2005 -- MegaPath Networks, a leading provider of secure access and managed network solutions, today announced record financial results for 2004. In addition, the company has realigned its organization into business units to take advantage of accelerating growth in MegaPath's newly defined enterprise and small and medium size business (SMB) market segments.
Revenue grew to $87 million, a 28 percent increase over 2003, and MegaPath was EBITDA positive for the full year of 2004. "We are especially pleased with our results as they were achieved while successfully integrating TManage, a managed services company acquired at the end of 2003," said Harry Taxin, chairman, president and chief executive officer of MegaPath Networks. In 2004, MegaPath entered into 50 agreements with enterprise accounts, (over 100 locations) and over 100 agreements with mid-market customers (25 to 99 locations). The company also grew its managed endpoints by over 400 percent. MegaPath was recognized by Inc. 500 and the San Jose Business Times as one of the fastest growing private companies in 2004. |
