Well I have fixed it. I ran a test and my RWIN was 17250 they said it should be 56940. So I got Dr TCP and made the change I get full speed of my modem now.

Yeah, but you were getting full speed with this same pc when wired, and not when wireless? The RWIN should not have mattered. I guess I misunderstood - yeah that would be the thing to check first.

I think all 802.11b things should stopped being made altogether. Sometimes 802.11g is even cheaper. And for some people it brings down their overall speed in a mixed place but some routers(i.e. my Belkin F5D7230-4)claim mixed traffic won't lower speeds by that much for 802.11g clients. I haven't tested this though.
