| The name change will occur due to the fact that Circuit City inc. bought the Canadian company Intertan, who has been licencing the name from Radioshack Corp. since 1987.
Intertan was a spin off from Tandy corp now Radioshack corp
Intertan is now wholey own buy Circuit City. All the products will remain the same but the lables will change from radioshack to Nexxtech, Centrios, Liquid Video, Wasaki, Etc. the store will change their name but the service and products will remain the same and may expand with a new line up from Circuit City |
