The problem is that are not "up front" when the service is advertised or promoted. Only after receiving the first bill are they disclosed, this is deceptive, and poor customer relations.

You, maybe, but not me and not lots of other people. Again...wtf is the difference? Scroll to the bottom line of the bill and write the check. Or if it's too much, find a better alternative.
I think it's hilarious, all the moaning over charges and fees. Like, you really *care* how they break it down? Fine, if that makes you happy. You're writing the same check whether they break the fees and stuff out or bill it as a lump sum.
