[Outlook] How do I synchronise calanders

I am using Outlook 2003 and would like to know how to synchronise my calender between two different machines. One is my laptop and the other is my desktop. Can this even be done?

yes it can but not without a third party tool. you can start here: Slipstick - Synchronization Tools

*Edit: Thanks to craig70130 See Profile below for pointing out a more helpful link: Slipstick - Synchronization Tools

Beat me too it. But look further down that list for the 'Other Tools' section. You'll need to use one of those.

Thank you both.. Have you or anyone else used any of these tools before? I am looking for a reliability and quality feeling from anyone who has used one..
