I have sunrocket phone service. Since getting it, I cannot use my MSN Messenger audio. Sunrocket is trying to find out, but no news yet. Anyone else have this problem? |

Katy, TX | I have the same problem.. I tried Port forwarding but still the same. I don't have any routers. Just Cable Modem > Gizmo > PC.

Niagara Falls, NY | Disable all your software firewalls, uninstall them for the time being, and then reboot. Now try it. Restart 1 firewall and reboot and try it. It's most likely a firewall you forgot to port forward. |
