[AZ] Help!! Suddenly Upstream speed almost non-exist

With no changes to the machine my upstream speed has dropped under 100 while my downstream speed is still at 4000. Any ideas please.

Using XP Pro on Dell 1100 laptop with Netgear 614 router. Everything was fine until this morning when I booted and found this condition. Yesterdays upstream @ 500+

Tried spyware and virus scans and all clean.

Did you reboot the modem? If not, do so, unplugging it for about 3 minutes.

• What MODEM do you have?

• Run a LQT and post the URL. »/testme

Re: [AZ] Help!! Suddenly Upstream speed almost no

It was both the modem & router that needed rebooting. Thanks for your help.
