well. i had the same probs with directtv that i had to go and cancell my subsciption with them. on trns#1 and 2 i have 95 then at night it would go down to.. 87. but thats not all i have probs with that d10s that directtv gave me..i had a nextdoor guy had a "tree" that blocked the sigs too. i called directtv sent 2 techs out changed the rg6 and put only two connections on their line. still at. night or even at snow storm lost the pix.. it (pix) frezzes up unitl i reset it again. naw.. i wouldnt go with directtv again.. i went with the cable company!! sorry folks.pretty great pix for cable some people like it..for directv but not me..they didnt have the "locals"that i asked for and the local cable company did!! and i couldnt get a sat waiver for kcbstv. i said thats it!!!thanks for reading this but i think that directtv is.. something else indeed and im a electronics tech.direct tv whoo boy!!;)better get some real electronic techs..but i do miss "boomerang" though..;) |

4 edits | reply to ww8 Since you are getting the two adjacent birds and not the third my guess would be (without obvious obstruction) you screwed up the skew (rotation) angle. The one you should peak on is 110 and then adjust skew so that 101 and 119 are the best balance posible.
