[help] Very slow speeds!

Hi all-

My speeds have been shot all day today. Optonline's FTP server gets me 121 KB/sec at most. Pings to Google are upwards of 100ms. Signals are :

Downstream Value
Frequency 603000000 Hz Locked
Signal to Noise Ratio 36 dB
Power Level -6 dBmV

Upstream Value
Channel ID 2
Frequency 25008000 Hz Ranged
Power Level 30 dBmV

Any help would be appreciated.

clubs:		 I just lost a connection for a few minutes. My signals are the same, except the power level is now 28 dBmV.
