I just lost a connection for a few minutes. My signals are the same, except the power level is now 28 dBmV.

 Hi all-

My speeds have been shot all day today. Optonline's FTP server gets me 121 KB/sec at most. Pings to Google are upwards of 100ms. Signals are :

Power Level -6 dBmV

Any help would be appreciated.
