I'm sitting with the Netgear RP 614v3 router and the Sipura 2000 modem, and for the first time since I've subscribed (3 weeks), I've having trouble with my line. Disconnects from customer support, busy signals from callers, or incoming connection at all.
I have no trouble dialing out and most of the day people can get through, but with alot of static on the line.
I've noticed that this is the first time I'm getting the "due to high call volume you may want to call back later" message from tech support. That must mean others are experiencing problems today. |
